I’m just passing through Midland, Texas and TikTok’s algorithm kept showing me Crisp Crust… honestly, glad it did. The place was full when we arrived, so we had to wait a little, but the decoration and atmosphere made the wait enjoyable. You can tell they really know bakery and pastry techniques because everything looked fresh and carefully made. We ordered a lot of different things: smash burger croissant, Dubai chocolate croissant, cookies, cannoli, vanilla matcha, iced tea and latte. Everything was delicious and well balanced. The pastries especially stood out. Service was warm and patient even while busy, and after talking a bit with the owners you can genuinely feel the effort and passion behind this small family business. Definitely recommend if you’re around Midland.

The croissant itself was delicious and everything looked great, but the customer service was disappointing. The employee didn't say thank you after I paid, they literally just walked away. I traveled an hour to try it, but I wouldn't return because of the service.

Their croissants are absolutely delicious. We ordered a blueberry cheesecake, banana pudding, and a key lime. These are large stuffed all the way through with deliciousness! They cost $7.25 each before tax. Staff was very friendly and helpful. If you don't see what you want in the case ask if they have it in the back. They can't fit all their flavors in the case.
